PETA is hiring a professional troll to heckle celebrities.
The “Celebrity Liaison” role at the animal rights group involves haranguing famous people who eat or use animal products, the job ad says.
The ad for the post in PETA’s London office reads: “You will write to celebrities who support industries or engage in acts that harm animals. Monitor the social media accounts of celebrities, and review a variety of publications to determine celebrities’ sympathies.”
Peta has a long history of targeting celebrities for wearing fur, buying pets, attending a circuses and not being vegan – and for many other acts its sees as anti-animal rights.
The person who gets the job also has to be a vegan.
